Info

Hi, I’m Natalie — a service designer with a background in visual communication, UX, and interaction design.

I’m currently designing healthcare services at Fraser Health Authority, where I work closely with clinical teams, researchers, and technologists to improve patient and staff experiences through thoughtful, human-centered research and solutions.

Before moving into healthcare, I designed digital tools and services at Global Relay and Mozilla, where I focused on usability, accessibility, and systems thinking across complex platforms. I also hold a Master of Interaction Design from Harbour Space University, where I explored how design can drive meaningful change within large-scale systems.

I’m passionate about designing with empathy and intention — whether that’s co-creating with users, mapping out service journeys, or translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. My work often sits at the intersection of people, design, and technology, and I’m especially drawn to projects that aim to make services and technology more equitable, efficient, and human.

Available for freelance or full-time opportunities on-site in Vancouver or remote.
